If the rounds and application for AP EAMCET has started, you can't suddenly edit your application, you have to do it before hand, and keep it ready for the examinations, you can still try through the website and through the help portals. But I'm not sure that you can change

Hey Gowthami! If you are a female candidate then you can get admission in SVEC in CSE and all other branches but for a male candidate you have to wait for different rounds of counselling for CSE branch other branches are open to you as well. Sree Vidyanikethan Engineering College

Yes you can attend for second counselling if there is a chance and if you have already paid the amount it will be transferred to the college you got in second counselling. So don't worry.
