                  I am here to answer your query. First of all, You didn't mention what branch you want. Nevertheless, You could get many colleges for this rank if you are not particular about rank. Few of them are

                                                                   * Godavari Institute of engineering and

actually it is difficult to get ece with this rank. It would have been different if your score was around 15000. You might get some other course in andhra university. Still try your luck but don't expect top most course to be listed for your rank.
