it is better and adviced to stick same photo on application form.
if you dont have the same photo please make sure that you get photographed with the same dress and hairstyle and background.
if its not possible,make sure that the new photo is very clear and clarity

though they wont check exact dimensions but its better you follow the given dimensions and slight error of margin is allowed but dont make it too large.
