Both Telangana and Andhra Pradesh are now completely separated states, there will be different domicile certificates for both the states.

So according to me, you cannot apply for state counselling for Andhra Pradesh until and unless you have  Andhra Pradesh domicile certificate.

as of now its tough to say which college you can get because the cutoff changesevery year with college and this year the cutoff went high and few seats have increased.but with previous year analysis we can find you possibitlites into colleges.as you did not mention your category

Your All India Rank is 204355. Last year, the cut off for EWS quota was an All India Rank of 38358 for AU Region and 45017 got SVU Region. So based on this, it is difficult for you to get a MBBS seat through Andhra Pradesh State Counselling. But,
