Sneha yes according to many websites and appgecet official website the certificate verification had to start during the month of July and most by the third week of July. But unfortunately,  there has been no new updates being updated or being shown on the official website of the appgecet. I think you will have to wait till August.

The registration for the counseling of AP PGECET 2109 was conducted between 27th June 2019 to 11th July 2019 and has been closed. The counseling for the candidates who qualified GATE/ GPAT is going on and is being conducted by the Andhra University.

The counseling for the AP PGECET 2019 qualified candidates will be conducted in the fourth week of July 2019 provided they have filled up and submitted the counseling form and satisfy the eligibility criteria.

When you have applied for counselling they have given the date for document verification. You have to go on that date only. They will give you the date. If you haven't recievied then ask them regarding the same. As lots of student are there to under go sounselling so dates differ in candidates. So better to ask to the Counselling department for the documentation verfication date for you.

As per the details provided it was supposed to conducted in the 3rd week of july.

If you haven't been through the certificate verification in the first rounds of counselling then you can not participate in those phases of the counselling. As certificate verification is always the first step in process. 

Hence failing to clear first step will not help in progress.

Therefore you can participate in the next rounds bt fulfilling the steps properly in prescribed time.

Hey! You can definitely get a seat in Andhra Pradesh state based on your marks but the registration process for counselling of AP PGECET 2019 has been closed on July 11. Andhra University is conducting the AP PGECET 2019 counselling for GATE/GPAT candidates. The final date to fill the application form was July 11, 2019. The authority will announce the dates for further rounds of AP PGECET counselling 2019.
