Depending on the caste quota you can anlyse yourself about this. 

In SV university the cut offs for different branches last year

Your rank is excellent the only thing is your category is not mentioned here so it is difficult to guide you which institute will you get based on the 2018 cut offs. But you may get a seat in Nagarjuna university. Of course you can give a try

Your is quite good but its not enough to get admitted in AU or JNTUK because for PG there are limited seats in both colleges. As you have not mentioned your category, you can give a try considering your category.

AU does not specify the ranks for AUEET which is the AU entrance test for a 6 year integrated course. It lists out the qualified student roll nos only. So there is no way of knowing what is the minimum rank required for admissions unless the university announces the same.

sorry to say, for your rank in andhra university you are eligible for only petrochemical engineering or chemical engineering but not with the core branches ...if you are mostly interested only on andhra university they is only one option to you to take LOng term and this time to rank
