If you have gone for a long term, then you have to rewrite the entrance examinations and apply for the counselings basing on the marks you scored in the present year. So, you will have to take TNEA this year and apply for counseling for the marks you score

No Anna University does not consider jeemains marks.They also do not have any entrance test,for taking admission in anna university it is completely based on your 12th board marks,from which they form a merit list.You can take admission through TNEA for UG courses and TANCET for PG courses.
