Yes ,there is an exservice men quota in Anna University . However ,the number of seats through this quota are very limited.At the time of counselling you will have to submit the required documents and Id card of your parent ,i.e their ex servicemen Id card.

There is one anna university there which was mentioned in that list of colleges.. Is BITS required there?
Cut-off for joining B.Arch in School of Architecture and Planning varies every year. The students applying for B.Arch should appear for the NATA Exam ( National Aptitude Test for Architecture ). There are no chances to change from AnnaUniversity to any other deemed University.
You have only one paper to be cleared and my suggestion is that you can put in your fullest efforts to clear that one paper in order to obtain your degree.
