It might be because your documents could not be verified or your details such as AP EAMCET hall ticket number, class 12 hall ticket number or any other details were not found. So it is better to reach the nearest help line center and your issue shall be resolved. You can check the list of help line centers by going to the AP EAMCET website using the link below

Even though you have not applied  jagan anna vidya deevena scheme. It was not problem you have another option which you have to submit income certificate.

Where your father should be less than 3 lakh.

If you get seat in cse branch in puttur siddhartha engineering college,Only college fee will be paid by the government of ap.Hostel fee (mess fee) of Rs.20000 will be given by government of ap.

Yes, you can get scholarship fees reimbursement, but you have to submit income certificate which is less than two to three Lakh and your father should not be a government employee.

It is applicable only if you go through the counselling process.
