It might be because your documents could not be verified or your details such as AP EAMCET hall ticket number, class 12 hall ticket number or any other details were not found. So it is better to reach the nearest help line center and your issue shall be resolved.

Yes, you can get scholarship fees reimbursement, but you have to submit income certificate which is less than two to three Lakh and your father should not be a government employee.
