The eligibility for NDA to join the Air Force and Naval Wings of National Defence Academy and for the 10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme at the Indian Naval Academy:
Candidates must have passed the Class 12th exam in the 10+2 pattern of schooling or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics administered by a State Education Board or a University.
There will not be any problem while applying to Airforce with applied mathematics as a subject since you only need to prepare mathematics according to the syllabus.

Hope you are doing great. You can apply for admission to the B.com honors or the BA in economics if you took applied math in grades 11 and 12. You are also qualified to take the Delhi University's joint admission test for the BMS, BBA in financial investment, and business economics honors programmes. The Equivalence Committee looked into it and determined that although the course requires a challenging level of mathematics, Applied Mathematics can be considered for B.Com (Honors).

Yes ,you can do BCA even if you don't have maths in your class 12th and you are from commerce and just have Applied maths
This is because ,
It is not mandatory to have maths in class 12th in order to be eligible for BCA
But yes,
In some colleges maths can be a mandatory subject in order to be eligible
For your reference,
