Hi, yes mathematics will be included in best 4 for DU admissions. and yes student who took up applied sciences is eligible for B. Com (//B.Com) hons and ECO hons. Every university or college accepts mathematics for B.Com Oxford university accepts too. Below is the link to an article about eligibility criteria for B.Com (//B.Com) hons. I am having Physics Chemistry Biology and Applied Mathematics can i give jee mains. Applied mathematics has been added to the curriculum by cbse in 2020 and it is commercial mathematics but i am practicing the core maths at home . i dont know whether i will be able to give jee mains or not

Shja 19th Jul, 2021
Dear Aspirant,

Definitely, you can appear for JEE Mains exam. Don't worry about the changes in curriculum. PCM is mandatory for giving this exam and you have mathematics so don't worry. Keep studying hard and practice more and more questions. Mathematics is applied in all the subjects like Physics and Chemistry. So keep this subject your first priority if you are aiming for JEE mains exam.
I am providing a link which you should check out to be more clear.

I hope I have helped.

Hey,

For admission into BA in Economics in SRCC, the minimum eligibility criteria which a student needs to fulfill in order to take admission in the course us as follows,

A minimum of 45% marks in the qualifying examination (class 12th)  and should have studied maths also.

The percentage should include one language and marks of three best academic or elective subjects which should include the subject in which you are taking admission.

If you don't include the subject you are taking you will have to face a deduction of 2.5%.

As you have studied Maths, so yes you are eligible for admission into the college.

The link to the official page of the college stating eligibility is given below,

which out of nit warangal msc in applied mathematics Or mnnit allahabad msc in mathematics and scientific computing is better in terms of placements???

ayanmukherjee045 29th Jun, 2021

Dear aspirant,

As per my knowledge nit warangal has a better brand name but mnit allahabad is no less. It too has better placements.

I think msc in mathematics and scientific computing will be a much better option than applied mathematics in nit Warangal. The faculty of both the colleges are very good . The infrastructure is also comparable of both the colleges but I would prefer mnit Allahabad.

If placements are considered then mnit allahabad in this branch would be a bit better one as the scope is better .
