You get to know you are selected or not directly  since there is a change in every year's cutoff.In year 2019,People scoring 96 were alloted seat in first round,marks of 86-88 were alotted in second round and 83-85 in 3rd round.So as you can see  you have less chances in getting admission in ISER since your marks is very low than the average cutoff every year.

Yes, there are fairly good chances of you get selected in some lower preference IISERs like IISER Tirupati, Tirvanthampuram. It also depends on this year cutoff that you might be offered Bhopal or Mohali but this is little bit difficult due to general category but still hopes doesn't end here. Let's wait and watch for first 1-2 rounds then itself the image will be clear.

In 170 marks according to me your percentile score must be around 90 to 92 as per the previous records. But you should can check the results on jee mains official site and the cut off will be provided after the jossa counseling for paper 1.
