According to 2019,people who score above 90 they were alloted seats in first round, 88-89 were alloted in the second round and 83-85 were alloted in the 3rd round. By the way you will get chance to take admission in iiser and Don't loose hope.

In 170 marks according to me your percentile score must be around 90 to 92 as per the previous records. But you should can check the results on jee mains official site and the cut off will be provided after the jossa counseling for paper 1. You can check the

yes, there is exam fee for filling out the form for this test, it's different for diferent categories-
for,
GEN, EWS and OBC (Non-Creamy) Candidates - 2000/-
SC, ST and PwD Candidates - 1000/-
the fees will be different for foreign candidates.

No, you will not be offered reservation if you haven't mentioned in the application that you are a OBC category student.
One suggestion which I can gave you is that write a mail to iiser authority regarding the issue you are facing but there are very little chances

As per the information in the IISER website,any kind of incompletion in the application form will thereof be rejected and not be considered for counseling.
