Hello Candidate,

Sir J J School of architecture do not give admissions on the basis of jee main paper 2 marks and ranks. For that you are needed to apply for NATA exam , score a good score about 78 out 100(aggregate) to make through it. Although most probably you need to be a maharashtra domicile to get admission there.

see google , microsoft are software companies. they mainly recruit candidate from computer science engineering, information technology, electronics and communication engineering, electrical engineering. i mean to say which stream has software and digital electronics curriculam they may find job in google microsoft. it is really impossible for  a architect to get a job in software related field. as architecture are related with civil engineering and involves designing of building, plant etc etc.

if your son get a chance to join a good college where placement is good he will get a good paying job as college placement plays a vital roles in career. so please let him do whatever he likes  because money can be made any kind of field of study and we need to give our full concentration what we love. so help him to know about good colleges of architecture .

In India a person with maters degree in Urban Planiing can make upto 2.5 lacs to 12 lacs per annum.

Not at all, see you need to understand that all the courses are stressful, there is nothing like a chilled out course where you can have fun. Doing a course like architecture is a huge investment, moreover considering the fact that this course has some limitations in terms of its scope in India, makes it stressful, but nevertheless you can always consider looking up for jobs outside India or even off campus. Moreover, if you have the passion and right attitude towards this course then I am very sure that you are going to have a great time while pursuing it, since I have seen architecture students organising events on their campus and having an amazing student life while pursuing the degree.
