Architecture Aptitude Test (AAT) is conducted by the IITs. To apply for this exam, you are required to have successfully cleared JEE Advanced with a good ranking (the cutoff for which varies every year). 

Eligible candidates can apply online in the official JEE Advanced portal. The exam is usually conducted in the month of June.

SMEF's brick college of architecture is the topmost asrchitectural college across India. Admssion to this college for B.Arch course is through NATA exam. The cutoff generally depends on these factors:

• No. of candidates appeared
• No. of candidates cleared
• Difficulty level of question paper
• Percentage in class 12

According to previous year cut off statistics, the expected cut off in 2019 will be around 147-150.

In order to get admission in JJ School of Architecture you need to score quite high as its Indias top most architecture college.

AAlthough you might know that your cutoffs are based on aggregating your board percentage as well as your NATA score. Keeping that in mind i guess a score around 135+ in NATA and board percentage around 90% could land you in JJ School of architecture. Its cutoff goes till 155+ out of 200 approximately.
