Architecture Engineering
Hello Jahnavi,
According to last year trend for general category it was around 180 but minimum 165 (boards percentage + half of nata score ) to get admission into JJ College of Architecture. Say ,If your boards percentage is 90% then you need to score around 170/200 in NATA , then your main score will be (90+170/2)=175.. And 175 would be a decent score to get admission into JJ College of Architecture.
For targetting JNAFAU also you should be having more than 75 merit marks.
Merit marks is calculated :- (half of NATA score + boards percentage)/2. i.e. if you have 160 marks in NATA and 90%in boards then your merit score will be - (160/2+90)/2 = 85 out of 100. It will be a decent score to get into these colleges.
Thank you.

Hi aspirant
Yes you can appear in NATA 2nd attempt which is in July.A student can appear in any of the attempt and both of the attempt.
Some highlights of NATA 2019 are :
From this academic year, NATA will be conducted twice a year - first attempt was held on April 14 and second on July 7.
Candidates can appear in one or both the attempts. If the candidate appears in both attempts, then best of the two scores will be considered.
The exam pattern of NATA 2019 might also be tweaked, with additional time allotted for drawing test.
There are also plans to conduct a centralized counselling for NATA 2019 qualified candidates. This will ensure candidates don’t have to hop across from one college to another.
NATA is conducted for admission to 5-year B.Arch courses offered by participating institutes.
Candidates who qualify NATA 2019 will be considered for admission to 1st year of B.Arch course.
Admission will be on the basis of NATA scores. The score of NATA 2019 will be valid for the current academic session only.

Hey Urvashi,
The eligibility criteria for admission in B.Architecture. is of minimum 50% aggregate in Science (PCM) and your percentage is about 41.66% so it is really hard to get admission in any college.
You should give your 12th exams again so that you can improve your marks and side by side prepare for competitive exams as well. So that you can get the college and universitty according to your choice.
