Hey! with a rank of 45k it depends greatly on the quota you have got and wheteher you are home state(HS) or other state(OS).
45k rank is bit much to get into governmemt college if taken ranks of previous years in consideration.

When the requirement section of any examination specifies a required cutoff marks in PCM, the marks of Physics, Chemistry and Maths are only considered for the correct evaluation.
That being said, your marks of electronics will have no share in your eligibility for admission.
