Colleges that take admissions purely based on JEE Mains Paper 2 score are very few. Bits Mesra, Ranchi is one of them. And they require a score more than 280 or a rank below 1000.  

You can apply for private universities like, 

LPU, Phagwara,

Amity University, Greater Noida,

Hello Shivam, I have checked each and every NIT cutoff from NIT Warangal to NIT Agartala, I don't think you will get admission in B.Arch in any of the NITs because the closing ranks were a lower than your JEE rank. I would suggest you go through this JOSAA 2018

As per previous years records, cutoff rank for IITS AND NITS is upto 15K. Since your rank is 20K you might not get IIT seat but you can get a seat top private colleges in India which accept JEE.
