You have not mentioned your category, you may have an option of NIT Hamipur if you are home quota OBC-NCL candidate. Other opportunity may be state government college and top private colleges. It is last year closing rank so would not be a surity this year. The factors affects closing rank are seat positions, college rank and score achieved during the year.
