what should be the cutt off army collage of dental sciences 2021

piyush263001 23rd Dec, 2021

Hello,

NEET 2021 results have been declared by the National Testing Agency NTA.

To predict whether you will definitely get a seat in a college is an uphill task as cut-offs for colleges change every depending upon several factors such as-

• Number of applicants in NEET exam

• NEET question paper difficulty level

• Score of the candidates in NEET 2021 result

• MBBS/BDS seat matrix 2021

NEET 2021 Cut-off goes like :-

• General /EWS- 50th percentile

• SC/ST/OBC - 40th percentile

• General-PwD - 45th percentile

• SC/ST/OBC-PwD - 40th percentile

Marks wise cut off is as following-

• General - 720-138

• OBC/SC/ST - 137-108

• Gen PwD - 137-122

• (OBC /SC / ST ) PwD - 121-108

Though it was expected that due to higher difficulty level of examination cut-off for colleges will decrease, but it turns out students have performed exceptionally well and the cut offs for colleges is expected to increase compared to last year.

See it is quite difficult to help you with the exact list of colleges as the counselling is yet to be conducted and the cut-offs keep on changing every year.

According to Previous year data for Counseling  for BDS course in Army Dental College, Secunderabad , cut off for General Category is as following-

• Opening All India Rank - 39512

• Closing All India Rank - 56448

After selected in MNS, can i appear for neet to get a seat in AFMC to become an army doctor?

Jatin panchal 22nd Dec, 2021

Hey

once you complete your MNS, you still have to appear for NEET and go through the process of studying to become a MBBS doctor. If you want to become a doctor in the military, there are 2 ways about it. You appear for NEET, qualify and secure a seat in AFMC, Pune. Once you complete the course, you will have to serve the Armed forces for a bond period and if you want further to stay there, you can continue to serve the Armed Froces in the capacity that you are offered. But let's say you secure a MBBS seat in a civilian college, you have to complete the course and then appear for SSC exams so as to enter the Military forces as a Doctor. There is no lateral entry for MNS to MBBS. It is from the scratch and through NEET.Sorry to say but you cannot become military doctor after NMS in army, for that you will have to clear neet exam and then after AFMC counselling you can become a doctor after complete study, for more detail about AFMC.

Shivanshu 17th Dec, 2021

Dear aspirant !

Hope you are doing great ! If you really want to become army officer then go for it ,if you have spectacles then for your kind information I would like to say that in nda till -2.5 is allowed ,I hope you will be less than that number .But one problem will also there because in nda maths portion contain lot of marks 300 marks ,and it is the math of class 11 and 12 standard so it will be hard for you to cover it as you are a biology student ,so to crack the exam is hard for you ,however if you believe that you can cover everything then surely go for it otherwise prepare for your neet exam

Hope it helps you !!

Thanking you !!

Have a great day!!

Greetings !

Neet and NDA both are conducted by National testing agency. If you have more interest in going in army , serving the country, then you must prepare for NDA only. If you have the ability, you will surely become an asset of our country. Leaving neet studies will be correct in this aspect because one should do what only one wish to. Still now, you can join academy for NDA exam. For more information about NDA exam, visit-
