Hey,
The admission into the colleges or university of Maharashtra takes place with the help of a COMMON ADMISSION TEST (CET) .
In CET there is a reservation of 85% seats for state students and rest 15% percent seats are there for All India students.
So you can apply through state quota as you belong to MAHARASHTRA.
Hope that helps.
Thank you.

Hi
I am guessing that by Army College you mean AFMC i. e Armed Forces Medical College, Pune.
It's quite difficult to predict the marks required to get a seat in AFMC but yes when we go through previous year trends then
In 2019 , 596 marks was required for boys and 610 marks in neet was required for girls to get into AFMC
You can check the same at https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-afmc
But , cut off marks keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc So, If you want to get into afmc, you need to have at least 650 marks in neet 2021 examination to be on the safer side
After qualifying neet cut off of AFMC , you will have to give some additional examination to get admission in AFMC , that is :-
*Test of English Language, Comprehension, Logic, and Reasoning which is called ToELR,
*Psychological Assessment Test i.e. PAT,
* Interview
After clearing these, finally you will have to go through your Medical Examination then finally you are selected for admission in AFMC.

If you have any other doubt then feel free to ask them :) we are always here to help you out and guide you
Thankyou
