Hello,
There are many ways to join the Indian Army.
- NDA : Minimum education qualification required for NDA is 10+2 (Army) and should fall in the age group of 16.5 and 19.5 years. The NDA examination takes place twice a year, in the month of april and in september.
- As soliders: Candidates who have passed Class 12 and are between the age group of 17.5 -23 ycan apply for the post of Soldier Technical, Nursing Assistant, Clerk and Storekeeper Technical.
- T echnical Entry Scheme: Candidates should have completed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with at least 70% of marks and should be between 16.5 to 19 years of age. A written exam will be conducted in January and June every year for the TES.
- TGC (Engineers) entries: Students pursuing B. Tech/B. E. who are in their final year can apply. The age of candidates must be 20 to 27 years.
- CDS: Candidates should have completed their graduation and have their age between 19 and 24 years.
