For giving AFCAT exam the eligibility criteria is like this:

You must attain the age of 20-24 years, nationality should be indian, marital status should be single and passed out with 60% in Physics and Maths in 10+2 level.

But as you specified you have passed your class 12 level from arts background then you're not eligible for this.

Don't lose hope just give try to other ones. There's never shortage of opportunities.

In individual subject you have to get atleast 50% if you are general category along with aggregate total together for passing the examination.Those successful candidates who have obtained less than 60% of the marks on the aggregate will be placed in the Second Class. BFA and MFA courses cuoffs varies. So therfore chances would be less. But than you can go through the college official website for more information.

I think you are confused about the stream. Firstly bca is offered to students which have computer as one of their subjects along with physics, chemistry and maths. But this may vary from one college to other. Some colleges do not offer this course to art students.

Secondly if you not able to pay the fees you can talk to the authorities about concession or some might give you scholarship unless you are a meritorious students everything is possible for you. If you have good grades bank will lend you loan. If you want to get admission in best college with affordable fees and 100 % placement.
