If you are doing your 12th in Arts stream, I am sorry to say that you are not eligible to appear for NEET exam.

NEET basic eligibility criteria includes, you must have passed in English and in both the theory and practical  of PCB i.e.Physics, Chemistry and Biology individually with at least  50  % in aggregate of PCB (theory + practical) in 12th examination  if belong to general category , or   at least  40%  in aggregate of PCB if belongs to any reserved category.

Just wait till the window will be open for the correction and if they don't open so you can't edit that and your candidature will be rejected and it will waste your whole chance of that exam. I think you are asking about first graduate in a family. If you are the first graduate in the family, get a certificate from authorized person whenever required for scholarship and quota like preferences. It will be helpful for you to manage yourself. You can do any kind of courses using that.
