As you have done your diploma then you can take admission in BTech with any of the branch. There's lateral entry for taking admission after diploma. As you want to further proceed with BTech in AI and DS but your parents prefer cse then all i can say you that BTech in AI and DS is itself the specialisation of CSE and it's a great future further. It is very difficult to predict about the exact situation because the number of sc category candidates changes every year which are appearing in the examination. So, the dynamics changes considerably.

But still if on a general basis , I think you would get artificial intelligence in lower colleges whose cut offs are low. Although various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
