The cutoff rank are not same every year they are not so predictable but we can just make an expectation so, according to previous year cutoff trends the cutoff rank for CSE is 400 for stream 1 and stream 2 cutoff rank would be around 150.

Hey, although the branch selection is totally based upon your interest but if we compare both, the colleges in, terms of faculty, infrastructure and placements then:-
