Artificial Intelligence
Hello student. 577 rank is a pretty good one for you to fetch a seat in computer science in coimbatore. The cut off for computer science last year went till 1900. This is the closing rank for computer science in open quota.
So this year, the closing rank might definitely increase since it depends on number of applicants, the number of students attending counselling so on and so forth. you will definitely get through. When it comes to other campuses like banglore or kerala, you have a higher chances to get computer science.
Hi Viknesh,
The colleges offering B.Tech Artificial intelligence and data science course in Tamil Nadu are as follows:-
Feel free to ask doubts in the Comment Section.
I hope this information helps you.
Good Luck!
Hello Aspirant
The Main Difference is :-
The major difference between both these field is that IT deals with the application of computing technology to real life processes, while, Computer Science deals with the science that facilitates these applications. To make it short and simple, Computer Science is the creation of software and hardware by using different programming skills. On the other hand, IT is just the selection of the proper software or hardware for the task.
Difference in course and core areas:
Career scope:
I hope this information would be helpful for you.
All the best
Hello
yeah Sure. why not?
programming language used for ML and AI is completely different from C or C++. You have to learn Python/R which will make you familiar how code is written. Write simple programs like adding numbers, solving equations then factorial, sorting, searching, using data structures and then go for complex algorithms. You will be fluent in the programming. then start with ML first. you will learn the algorithms like Linear algorithms, probability and statistics, theorem and you will implement them to solve real time problems to predict or find out possible outcomes.
with minimum time of 1 year , you can learn all. follow free course from udemy, Udacity. YOu will learn all the basics. for practice, use dataquest.
Hope it helps!
Hello,
Both courses have a good scope in Artificial Intelligence,it all depends on the skill you develop. It would be better if you choose CSE+AI course which is available in some of the colleges like Amrita and SRM University.
Hope this helps!
Dear Student,
CSE is a best career option for the engineering students. If you have the knowledge in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning then you must be get placed with a good salary. The minimum salary for this is 3.5 Lakhs. Companies like, Wipro, Infosys, Cognigant, Buju's, Airtel, Relience Jio are top recruited companies for this. So, you have so many scopes in future.
Thank You.
Artificial Intelligence Engineering is one of the developed and new aged technology nowadays. In Bangalore there are a lot of colleges who provides the training on Artificial Intelligence.
The name of the colleges are as follows:-
1) CMR University
2) Amrita Viswa Vidyapeetham, Bangalore Campus
3) Besant Technology, Jayanagar
4) Indian Institute of Science
Actually comed k is one of entrance examination for bangalore and also JEE MAIN and JEE advanced.
Hope for the best.
Thank you.
This is good question!

Hope you find this information helpful, if you have any queries, feel free ask here in comment section.
Hi,
I believe you have taken Computer Science and Engineering with specialization in Artificial Intelligence.
In B.Tech, even though you have narrowed down to Artificial Intelligence, most of the times the specialization specific courses are only taken up in the second half of your 2nd year or 3rd year of your college.
In the first year, the courses for all the students of B.Tech are almost the same.
And there are no specific chapters in your 12th Grade that you have to be perfect with, in order to do well in college. Although, if you have taken up Computer Science by any change in your 12th class; it would be helpful to brush up those skills. This will be useful as you will be starting to learn various programming languages.
You can also take online courses from Udemy and Coursera to get a head start.
Hope this helps, All the Best!
Dear Aspirant,
Every profession is a brilliant profession provided you are a brilliant exponent of it. Technological progress brings in newer areas of development and the fields you have stated are an outcome of that progress. We will give you an insight to each field and then you need to see where you fit in:
Artificial Intelligence: Good at Mathematics, Algorithms, Probability & Statistics, Distributed Computing, Signal Processing, Unix Tools, Machine Learning, etc
Cyber Security: Understand the architecture, administration and management of Operating Systems like Windows, Linux, networking, firewalls and cyber security certifications like ethical hacking, etc
Data Sciences: Good at Probability & Statistics, Programming, Machine Learning Algorithms, Advanced Machine Learning, big data frameworks/visualization
Business Systems: Good at hardcore programming in various language and years of experience in building systems like Enterprise Management Systems, Financial Systems, HR, IT, Equipment and finally how to integrate all of them to get data across each modules. Here experience is key.
This is just a brief look in, you need to do some research into each field and then understand your key strengths and then decide.
Good Luck
