Dear Mohit, Have you gone through Revised CLAT 2018 Calendar it says that after the closure of the CLAT Office, vacancy if any, in any NLU will be filled by the respective NLUs at their own level from the CLAT list in the order of merit as per the Rules and Regulations of the participating Universities . First of all it's not necessary that there will be a vacant seat in every or any NLU . If that happens, in that scenario there will be no closing rank for vacant seats which can be expected for any NLU. In fact no body can guess that. I hope it helps!
MBA & PGDM both are the good management programmes & now a days almost have equal weightage in term of placement & value.
MBA is a degree course offered by the colleges affiliated by Universities and PGDM is a diploma course offered by institutes that are recognised by All India council for Technical Education & which are Autonomus and not affiliated to any university.
A student persuing MBA study will be studying more of the theoratical aspects of Management. An MBA institute follow a fixed curriculam as it will be based on universities guidlines.
A student pursuing PGDM course will be gaining knowledge regarding building soft skills & this programme is more industry oriented. An Autonomus institute does not have to follow university standards, so it is free to change its curriculam according to the industry standards and change in the business Environment.
