Punjab university, chandighar arts +math aivlable?

No Punjab university, Chandigarh does not have courses s arts and maths combined.

but has courses in other streams as arts B. A and BE.d, ba Hons, bachelor in library and information science ,

The minimum educational qualification required for giving UPSC exam is Bachelor degree. If you're 21 years and have graduated the you're are eligible to give this exam.

Regarding the BA. Llb degree, you can still pursue it while preparing for UPSC. This will not
