The first round of Assam CEE counselling was successfully concluded on 15th June, 2019 in offline mode. The schedule for second round of Assam CEE counselling has not been notified yet by the official governing authorities. Keep yourself updated through the official Assam CEE website and visit 

As you didnot mention your category I consider you as a general category student.With this rank in general rank It is too difficult to get into AEC ,actually you dont have any chance to get into AEC.In case of JEC you have little chance,but it is also difficult to get

The ASSAM CEE cutoffs are released in the form of marks. So , it would be better if you would have mentioned your score instead of rank.

No worries ! Considering your rank and being an obc candidate , you do not have much chances for Assam engineering

Hello student,

There is no option regarding medical certificate as it has to be made by government doctors only as a specified by the Medical Association of India. As you have got your medical certificate by a private doctor, it won't be entertained at the time of counselling or seat

You can get admission in some of the govt college under Assam CEE.
But definitely you won't be able to make it to top engineering college (like AEC).
