Automation and Robotics
Dear Aspirant,
Artificial intelligence (AI) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) are two of the most successful and booming technologies in today's era.
AI is a vast field which works as an umbrella and RPA is under it. AI describes a computer’s ability to think and act like humans whereas RPA is a rule-based software that has no intelligence and automates repetitive tasks being assigned.
Artificial Intelligence and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) are not interchangeable. Both are different things but when AI is integrated with RPA, it allows the automation process to begin much faster to streamline Business Process Automation.
In short, we can say that with AI, we can add brain to our system to follow instructions as well as do processing on it and with RPA, we can make our system follow our instructions.

Hello aspirant,
To use an Arduino board you do require a certain level of programming skills. If you want to work on projects that will automate using an Arduino board you have to learn the Arduino programming language. It is a pretty easy one and something similar to the C language.
You need to write down the code using Arduino IDE and upload it on the board to run the set of instructions to accomplish a task. Here, you can opt for EC because you'll learn about electronics and a bit of communication. Also, there is not much programming involved in this course.
Programming language for Arduino you can learn using online resources like Arduino. cc, javatpoint, tutorialspoint , and so on.
I hope this information helps!
Thank you!
All these branches are interdisciplinary and interdependent for robotics and automation field.Knowledge of all these branches is used and required in automation and robotics. Also there are institutes/colleges which offer special B.Tech programme in Robotics and automation
