Dear Ronit,
I would like to say mostly every company provides 4-10 LPA packages for freshers but if you wants you built your career in automobile engineering from reputation college then it is fine but if we go through the fact it is quiet difficult to earning or starting salary from 30 LPA .But chances is on but mostly reputed companies are offer 15-20LPA .
As per your tagging College Mahatma Gandhi Mission College not offer this amount of salary package as a fresher .
I hope it will helpful
Thanks
No worries at all. We shall clear this for you. Now let's say, if we ask you to tell about your plans and dreams for the next 5 years. You would say complete your education, get a job, buy a House, "Own a Car", so on and so forth. So you want to own a car. And as of January 1st, 2020, India's population stands at 1,387,297,452. Let's just take that into consideration talking some facts. Now assuming 12.4% of that are below poverty line, the rest can afford either a 2 wheeler and the rest 4 wheelers. Now 4 wheelers needn't be your Luxurious BMW or economic Indica. They can be anything. We are just giving you random numbers. Now lets say 50% of India's population owns some vehicle already. And the rest are someone like you and me aspiring to buy a car one day. Atleast assuming that there are a million of people who want to buy a car in tne next 5 years only in India. Now it is not easy always to import these vehicles from abroad. Which means, India has to have manufacturing Units across the Country. In the next 5 years, if India plans on manufacturing 1 million vehicles, that should be the answer to the people who discourage you. Now even if we guess 3/4th of a million of these vehicles will be sold, it is still a huge number. Automotive Engineering is the branch of Engineering that is focused on the designing, manufacturing and operation of mechanical, electrical, electronic vehicles. This means the designing, developing, fabricating and testing vehicles and vehicle components falls under Automotive Engineering. This also includes Electric vehicles. Now what you study in theory might be different from what you face on the field. You will be made ready to face the electric vehicles but the practical exposure is what makes you better and dealing with these. So a million of vehicles means lot many opportunities in the fields of designing, manufacturing, developing, fabricating and testing vehicles. We might see new companies coming up and we might also see more companies visiting India to expand their business. There might be new designations that might come up based on the requirement of the job to be done. Remember how the Ambassador car was the official car for India and then it has been replaced? That will be the same. Vehicles will be upgraded based on the technology which means an automobile engineer will have more opportunities than ever. New designations might come up and so we might not be able to guess them right away but it is one sector that is only going to get better every day. For example, KIA Motors is setting up its unit in Andhra Pradesh where in 75% of the employees will be from the State. So out of every 100 people Kia will employ, it will give 75 jobs to locals. Even taking that into consideration, the employment in this sector is stable.
Hello aspirant,
Automobile engineering gives you a fair Idea in the field of engineering with respects to vehicles and engines, in this you will learn various attributes of designing and working principles of a vehicle, and regarding your doubt about electric vehicle, see the fundamentals remains the same for a vehicle, just the power generation for the vehicle changes so that you will learn in either a subject, elective or in some industrial training, anyway automobile engineering is a good option to pursue.

Dear Aspirant,
Salary of one crore in India is almost impossible for an employ. There are only a handful of the employees in the top organizations that earn that much in India. However, if you manage to get in to companies in the USA then you can earn even double that amount in Indian Rupees provided that you are really top in your game.
That being said, getting a salary of $150,000 in US and 1 crore in India is not the same thing as in US you have to pay around 2000 to 3000$ for the rent for an apartment, but in India you might get that at half of that price. So it all evens out. But still earning 150,000$ is a big deal.
Hope this helps, Thank you.
