Remo International in Chennai and Skybird Aviation in Banglore are two institutes where you could do both in one location. However, if you want to take your B.Sc. Aviation from a reputable college then a sampling will be University of Mumbai, AIMS Institute in Bangalore, HITS Chennai.
One way to solve the problem will be to study at HITS Chennai and undertake a part time method to pursue your CPL in Remo. For CPL you need to attain 18 years when completing your course, which is not a worry. Also do take into consideration the cost of pursuing a CPL license, which is just a beginning in your journey to be a full-fledged pilot. Cost for CPL will be in the range of 10-15 lakhs. We would also recommend you visit these institutes before taking your final decision.
