There are no chances of getting government BAMS college with your secured marks. As per the minimum qualifying percentile of NEET cutoff marks for UR category 701- 134 and cut off marks are 134-107 for reserved categories so you are not qualifying the exam even under reservetion category
For getting into any government medical college for BAMS, you should have a score of 480+ in NEET. Also, the competition for those seats in government colleges is very very high, so yes 480+ is the minimum requirement. But depending upon your rank, state of domicile it may be variable.

According to the expected cut off set for ST category to get admission in veterinary is set 350+.For Ayush Courses the cut off set was 210+. You cannot get admission in any of these stream dear.Sorry to say so.

Well self financing means I guess private colleges. Then you have good chances of getting a seat in private colleges because private ones are not that much in demand for BAMS or other Ayush courses and people tend to avoid private ones and go for government ones.

It is difficult to tell you the exact but with this score the chances are less to get a seat in Government Ayurveda college & also decent private college but you can try.
