Well with your marks and category, getting a MBBS college through AIQ as well as state quota is not at all possible. AIQ has high cut off this year and the same goes for sttae quota as well.

Based on your marks and previous cutoff trends, it seems like you don’t qualify for an MBBS or Dental seat through the unreserved category. You may stand a chance at securing a seat in Ayurveda college if you’re looking at only Bihar state. I will attach two links
