Scoring 400 in NEET is quite good. But getting a ayurveda government college is pretty tough. You should wait for your AIR and state merit rank. That will clearfy your doubt

BBA is a commence degree and not a medical degree. So its obvious that you won't get that option.
Ayurveda is a medical field so will get its option. You can decide according to your interest

B.A.M.S stands for Bachelor of Ayurveda Medicine and Surgery as per norms of CCIM,Ministry of Health,and are legally allowed to conduct minor surgeries according to the training received.
