Scoring 400 in NEET is quite good. But getting a ayurveda government college is pretty tough. You should wait for your AIR and state merit rank. That will clearfy your doubt

BBA is a commence degree and not a medical degree. So its obvious that you won't get that option.
Ayurveda is a medical field so will get its option. You can decide according to your interest

As per previous year information, most of the colleges accepted NEET score but there were few states and colleges which conducted their own entrances to offer sit in ayush courses so please share from where do you want to pursue this course?
