For INICET examination, its clearly mentioned that the candidate is needed to have the MBBS degree from an institution organized by National Medical Commission (NMC). The candidate also needs to complete the compulsory internship. As you can see, the students having any other degree apart from MBBS aren't eligible. So you aren't eligible for the examination of INICET Examination.

Hello Ankit,
It is difficult to predict exactly because cut-offs changes from year to year and depends on many factors. It is difficult to get Government Colleges for your NEET UG score based on previous year's cut-offs.
You apply for NEET UG Counselling and try your luck if you can get Goverment Colleges for your NEET UG score.
NEET UG 2021 Cut-off:
---••• General Category: 50th Percentile - 720 - 138 Marks

Through Maharashtra State Quota NEET Counselling 100 percentage of Private Colleges seats and 85 percentage of State Quota seats are filled.
Though you get seat through counselling there won't be 50 percentage reduction in your College fees. You need to pay the amount set by the Fee Regulation Committee in the State for the College based on your category.
