For your NEET UG score, based on previous year's cut-offs you can try for seat in Private Homeopathic Medical Colleges in Telangana because getting Government Homeopathic Medical Colleges in Telangana is a bit tough thing. But you can still try by applying those Colleges in Counselling. If you get seat then you are lucky enough.

The registration for MP Ayush counselling has not started yet , however you do not need to worry about it because it is soon going to released because tentatively it will started in January itself. thus by end of january the procedure will be started.

If we go by the dates for NEET Counseling for MBBS courses and Ayush Courses in the year 2020, then yes the Ayush Counseling begins after the MBBS counseling is somewhat over.
-------In the year 2020 Round 1 of NEET Counseling for MBBS began after October 27 to November 2 and the mop up round ended by 24 December. Whereas AYUSH NEET Counselling 2020 Round 1 began from November 26 to December 12, 2020.

The AYUSH Admissions Central Counselling Committee will conduct NEET AYUSH counselling 2021 for admission ayush courses. It is most likely to start in the month of January itself. Candidates will be awarded admission to a total of 52,720 seats at universities and colleges in state and central government universities through NEET counselling AYUSH. The NEET-UG counselling schedule for AYUSH courses for 2021 will be revealed soon. The application process and information bulletin will be published on the AACCC website, aaccc.gov.in/aacccug, under the NEET 2021 area. Counseling for AYUSH UG programmes is held for admission to the 15% government and government-aided institutions. Registration for MBBS, BDS, AYUSH, veterinary, and other courses will begin soon with the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), the AYUSH Admissions Central Counselling Committee (AACCC), and other state and central counselling committees.
How to Apply for AYUSH NEET Counseling in 2021:-
Go to aaccc.gov.in to access the official website.
Select 'New Registration' from the drop-down menu.
Fill in the requested personal, academic, contact, NEET, and other information.
Then, according to your preferences, fill in the college and course choices.
Pay registration fees.

Hope you are doing good. Ministry of AYUSH reduced the minimum cutoff required for admission to ASU & H courses last year but it is very hard to tell the cut off reduction chances. The procedure is totally depending upon the officials no one can tell you the chances.

yes you can directly apply for the AYUSH counseeling of karnataka in the second round if you have not regsitered in round 1.
keep visitng the portal and remain updated when the registration for round 2 begins.
