*Eligibility criteria for neet ug exam.*
:--->Minimum age of the candidates should be 17 years as of December 31, 2022
:--->Candidate should passed the class 12th exam from any recognised brard with physics, chemistry, biology (PCB) or (PCMB) with English is the compulsory subject.
:--->Minimum aggregate marks: General category candidates must have passed the qualifying examination with 45% marks, while for SC/ST/OBC the minimum marks should be 40%
:--->Reservation policy for pwd (handicap) : 3% of the reservation will be provided to the Person with Disability (PwD) candidates.
*Marks wise cut off for neet ug exam is following*
• For General candidate-> 720-138
• For OBC/SC/ST candidate -> 137-108
•For Gen PwD candidate -> 137-122
• For (OBC /SC / ST ) PwD candidates -> 121-108

See there is no any paid quota or management quota in NEET UG AIQ counselling so if you are seeking seat through Management or Private quota then you should appear for the state quota counselling for AYUSH courses.
In AIQ AYUSH counselling there is no any kind of quota such as Government or private, there is only reservation quota for categories like SC/ST/OBC/EWS as prescribed by Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.

Hope you are doing great. the GMP (General Merit private Category) seats in Karnataka are reserved for the Hyderabad Karnataka students. Around 42% seats were reserved for this category students. The seats will be allotted by KEA (Karnataka Examination Authority).

With reference to your above mentioned query, i would like to tell you that with the above rank scored by you in NEET 2021, the chances for you to get government aided colleges/Universities is quite difficult as the marks in NEET is likely to be very less. The cutoff for NEET UG varies every year and is different for different category students.
Th cutoff depends on variety of factors like :
NEET cutoff passing marks for general category is 720-138 , while for SC/ST/OBC it is 137-108. NEET 2021 cutoff percentile for general category is 50th and for SC/ST/OBC it is 40th. NEET result 2021 cut off is the minimum marks required to pass the entrance exam.

Well first of All I would like to tell you that you should go for that course where your interest lies, it should be completely your decision if you wish to pursue BHMS or BAMS because the decision you make today will decide your future tomorrow.

If you are a General Category candidate then your chances for getting Government seat for BAMS seems quite low, but if you are from Reserved Category such as SC and ST then you should go for All India Quota Counseling for AYUSH Courses.

To cancel the seat you have to fill the Cancellation Letter given in Annexure X in Maharashtra NEET UG 2021 Information Brochure. You have to submit the cancellation letter in the allotted institute and the institute will forward the letter to the competent authority. You have to cancel the admission before the cut off date specified, if you cancel the seat after the cut off date you have to pay a penalty of Rs. 3,00,000. Yes! you can register directly for the 2nd round of All India AYUSH counselling. For more information you can check the AACCC website, which is the counselling body for AYUSH admissions through NEET exam.
NEET AYUSH Counselling 2021 will begin anytime soon. AYUSH Admissions Central Counselling Committee (AACCC) will be conducting the counselling for admission to undergrdaute courses in Ayurveda, Unani, Siddha, and Homeopathy. As per the latest updates, AACCC has launched the website for candidates to apply online for seat allocation process. Registration for NEET AYUSH 2021 Counselling is expected to commence soon.
"For participation in AACCC-UG Counseling 2021, the candidates are required to register themselves at the official website of AACCC . Kindly note that Non-Refundable registration fees and Refundable Security deposits have to be paid by the candidates at the time of registration as per their category," the official notification said.
The counselling of AYUSH UG courses will be held online for admission to the 15% of All India Quota seats in government, central universities, private colleges. There will be two rounds of counselling for NEET AYUSH 2021. The mop-up round of counselling will be conducted for deemed/central universities and private colleges. Through NEET AYUSH counselling 2021, candidates will be provided admission to a total of 52,720 seats in different courses of Ayurveda, Unani, Siddha, and Homeopathy.
