AYUSH
Hello aspirant,
It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get seat or not as cut off marks/rank for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc. As you mention with 195 marks and you are from OBC category you have low chance to get seat in government in BAMS college.

Good Luck!!
Hello,
In accordance to your NEET rank 541197, the corresponding expected marks would be 227 - 218 . This could be predicted through https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-rank-predictor?utm_source=qna&utm_medium=neet_rp. In this marks getting a seat in government medical colleges for any courses is quite difficult enough. Getting a government college is not possible. But you may try for private colleges in this courses also through management quota which might be possible enough. Hoping for the very best.
Further you can use NEET College Predictor tool to check your other chances for MBBS, BDS & Ayush Courses. https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer

I hope you got your answer!
Your score is 433 in neet which is good but to get admission in government medical colleges you should have maximum score 520. As looking at previous year's cut off which was very high we can assume that this year's cut off will also be the same as previous years. With 450 marks you will get private medical colleges.
