KEA (Karnataka Exam Authority) conducts the counselling procedure on 85% seats for local student (Karnataka state student) and remaining 15% seats for AIQ(All India Quota) students.
Since, You are not Karnataka domicile so to participate in Karnataka Ayush counselling you need to apply for All India Quota(AIQ).

The official cut offs for this year hasn't been declared yet. However according to the last year, OBC candidates with around the range of 420+ marks secured admission to BAMS courses.
