my mark is 439 in neet bc category can I get any ayush college best in India

As per the previous year cuttoff for aayush neet counselling is 410+ forgovernmentcolleges and
300+ will secure you for private bams colleges
So you got good marks and you have high chance of getting government aayush college ..
