Canteen charge for lunch will be 800- 1k per month. if you are asking about hostel canteen then it will be 2-4k. They provide Breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner. Only vegetarian food is given. breakfast and dinner is served in central location of student accommodation center.

I would say, if you are interested to learn about education with a deeper intention to work in this space, APU will offer you the knowledge, understanding and atmosphere to enhance yourself. There is also a entrance exam comducted. You are given admission on merit basis. APU forces you to think really, every perception you have of the world gets challenged not just because of your common curriculum also because of the student community. There are better classrooms,Helpful faculty, Large library etc. The placements are also good. They provide modern education with laptop and internet. Also, you get personal guides.

The syllabus for MA Public Policy and Governance-

There will be two part in the question paper. Part 1 will consist Multiple Choice type questions. There will be questions asked from Reading Comprehension (25 ques.), Reasoning (10 ques.), Quantitative Ability (25 ques.) and General and Social awareness (20 ques.) In part 2, you will have to write an essay or data analysis or problem solving based on your major preference which would assess writing and analytical skills.

Syllabus for MA Economics-
Macroeconomics- National Income accounting, Fiscal and Monetary policy, Philips curve, national expectations and adaptive expectations, Inflation, Solow growth Model, Neoclassical and New classical macroeconomics.

Shortlisted candidates will be called for personal interview.
