see in case you have currently studying in any of the college in b.a course , immediately contact with college authority to know about semester exams and schedule and check the college or university website. many of the colleges has conducted online learning program and exams are conducting via online mode. b.a course is of three years of duration and each of the there is two semesters exam to clear.

Yes, you can study B.A. after completion of MPC in 12th standard. If you have minimum 50 percentage in 10+2 then you are eligible for B.A. Course.

You have not mentioned any college in which you are interested to get admission in B.A (Hons) History. The admission will be either based on marks scored in 10+2 or entrance examinations. As you have not studied political science (because you have not mentioned the subject marks) so you can take any four subject from the above mentioned.
Although as you are not including the political science marks and you wish to apply for political science (BA) , a penalty of 2.5% will be deducted from your best of four marks.
