YOu can go to the education medium through which you have studied BA.If there is a provision for e certificate then you can easily download it .However if there is not then you can reach the helpline number and ask for the soft copy of your BA degree.You may be asked to tell the roll number,name or year of passout and the you can easily get that.Or if you are having the hard copy then you can yourself make the soft copy of the document from there.

First of all if you're changing college with different University then it is hardly possible but if you're changing college in the same University then it might happen it will basically depend on your marks and you have to get a NOC from Your current college . see eligibility criteria differs as per college wise. to study b.a in economics you must have mathematics in 10+2 course to study under delhi university affiliated colleges. however you may apply for private university like OP Jindal global university for b.a in economics. eligibility criteria is  candidate must passed the examination at the 10+2 level of schooling or its equivalent with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks. Students completing their 10+2 in 2021 can also apply.
