As you have not studied political science (because you have not mentioned the subject marks) so you can take any four subject from the above mentioned.
Although as you are not including the political science marks and you wish to apply for political science (BA) , a penalty of
IGNOU is a great opportunity for any student who want to keep up there study in distance mode. The curriculum are well balanced and correlated to the overall educational value.
So if you want to pursue a course in correspondence I will obviously recommend you IGNOU.

The fees structure in JU is very low. Its around Rs.1250 for the whole course. So you have no need to worry for the fees. Just study hard and score good marks in 10+2.
