Bachelor of Arts is an undergraduate program, and the eligibility criteria is having passed 10+2 from a recognized university, one cannot take admission for BA on the basis of polytechnic diploma qualification.

There might be no college offering BA in computer applications.  The bechlor degree in computer applications is reffered as BCA only. So, BCA degree is only offered and not BA for computer applications.
