Actually you have not mentioned in which board you are studying currently in. Basically for most of the state boards they don't even count the 11th final exams as well. But in this case you have to ask to your school authority about that. Basically if you can see proper reason for what you have not attended the classes or for the examination you have to to write a application letter with proper proof to the principal of the school who only can grant you to to be appear for 12th level in your school.
