should i join Chandigarh university? (sharda,LPU,Chitkara ) all reviews I've seen are bad. my jee mains didn't get well so probably I don't have much options, jaypee and all are too expensive (2lac is my limit). if you have any suggestions (note:- pls don't exaggerate paid comments are too obvious)

I understand your situation. You can try getting admissions based on your board exam marks, there are quite a few colleges which accept board and JEE mains mark as a combination.
1. SASTRA (Thanjavur) - If you have really good boards marks (>95 percentage) and a decent JEE Mains mark, you can try applying here.
2. PSG , Coimbator
3. SSN, Chennai
4. Thapar
You can look up these colleges' admission procedures and then proceed accordingly.
Your choice of college won't matter to a great extent if you motivated in your department of study and are willing to actively look for opportunities. Hence, don't worry too much about the reviews, go to a college and follow your passion.
